Financial Statements

The least expensive option, provides financial statement information as presented by the client.  AllenMitchell presents the financial data in the form of financial statements with no assurance provided.  AllenMitchell will look for obvious misstatements, assist with putting data into the financial statement, and provide a "no assurance" stamped copy to the client.  These engagements are similar to what's provided to assist with the preparation of business tax returns.  

While AllenMitchell no longer provides reviewed or compiled financial statements, we work closely with larger firms who can take care of these needs.  As a Firm, we've decided to discontinue these services and focus on tax and consulting.  We've found that our client's no longer have a need for Compilations & Reviews.  The regulations for providers of compilations & reviews continue to grow, along with the cost to continue to keep up to date in attest regulations.  For anyone who requires a compilation or review, we will work closely with you and a third party to make the process as smooth and as comfortable as possible.
